Tender Notice Equipmentfor PasayReclamationDevelopment Project Tender Notice 1.招标条件Tender Conditions 菲律宾帕赛吹填开发项目陆域机械设备采购已具备招标条件，现进行公开招标，并采用电子化招标投标方式。 The procurement of land-based mechanical equipment for this project has met the tender conditions and is now open for public tender, using electronic tendering and bidding methods. 2.招标内容Tender Content 供应商应提供招标文件中设备要求表中列出的所有设备。 推土机4台。 Suppliers are required to provide all equipment listed in the equipment requirements table in the tender documents. Bid package：Bulldozer（4 set）. 3.投标人资格要求Qualification Requirements for Bidders 3.1 依法注册，具有有效的《营业执照》，国际货运备案、外经贸备案（外经贸如无可不提供）。 3.1 Bidders must be legally registered and possess valid business licenses, tax registration certificates, and other relevant legal documents as required by laws and regulations. 3.2 投标企业必须具备必要的设备资源，可能需要提供公司  销售的设备清单及其他相关文件。3.2 Bidding enterprises must have the necessary equipment resources and may need to provide a list of equipment sold by the company and other relevant documents. 3.3 投标人不得有以下情形： 3.3 Bidders must not fall under any of the following circumstances: (1) 单位负责人为同一人或者存在控股、管理关系的不同单位，不得同时参加同一标段投标，否则相关投标均无效； (1) The same person serves as the legal representative of multiple units or there exists a controlling or management relationship between different units. In such cases, bidding for the same section is not allowed, otherwise, all related bids will be invalid. (2) 被暂停或者取消投标资格； (2) Bidders whose bidding qualifications have been suspended or cancelled. (3) 被责令停产停业、暂扣或者吊销许可证、暂扣或者吊销执照； (3) Bidders whose production or business operations have been ordered to be suspended, or whose licenses or permits have been suspended or revoked. (4) 进入清算程序，或被宣告破产，或其他丧失履约能力的情形； (4) Bidders who are undergoing liquidation procedures, have been declared bankrupt, or have other circumstances that result in a loss of performance capabilities. (5) 被列入严重违法失信企业名单的投标人。 (5) Bidders who have been included in the list of serious illegal and dishonest enterprises. 4.投标保证金Bid Bond 无 None. 5.招标文件的获取Acquisition of Tender Documents 5.1 请有意参加投标者于招标公告截止前24小时登录中国交建物资采购管理信息系统（网址：http://ec.ccccltd.cn）完成供应商注册或添加合作意向单位申请，未注册成功或添加合作意向单位的供应商将无法参与。 5.1 Interested bidders shall register as a supplier or apply to add a cooperative intention unit on the "CCCCCSupply Chain Management Information System" (website: http://ec.ccccltd.cn/) within 24 hours before the deadline of the tender notice. Suppliers who fail to register successfully or add a cooperative intention unit will not be able to participate in the bidding. 5.2 请于2024年7 月9 日15:30至2024年7 月14 日15:30，登录中国交建物资采购管理信息系统（网址：http://ec.ccccltd.cn）购买和下载招标文件。 5.2 Please download the tender documents from the "CCCCSupply Chain Management Information System" (website: http://ec.ccccltd.cn/) from 9rdJuly,15:30pm to 14th July ,15:30pm . 6.投标文件的递交Submission of Bid Documents 投标文件递交的时间为：2024年7 月14 日15:30至2024年7 月19 日15:30。投标人须登录中国交建物资采购管理信息系统（网址：http://ec.ccccltd.cn）报价和上传投标文件（可编辑电子文档和签字盖章版扫描件均须上传），未在投标截止时间前报价和递交完成投标文件的，招标人将不予受理。 The time for submission of bid documents is from 14thJuly,15:30pmto 19th July,15:30pm . Bidders must log in to the "CCCCSupply Chain Management Information System" (website: http://ec.ccccltd.cn/) to submit quotations and upload bid documents (both editable electronic documents and scanned versions with signatures and seals must be uploaded). Bidders who fail to submit quotations and complete the submission of bid documents before the bid deadline will not be accepted by the tenderer. 7.评标办法Evaluation Method 本招标项目采用的评标方法为:综合评分法。 The evaluation methods used for this tender project areComprehensive Scoring Method. 8.联系信息Contact Information 本招标项目将于上述的投标截止时间在交建云商系统上开标。有关本项目的其他投标事宜，请与商务联系人联系，有关项目现场具体情况及答疑请与项目联系人联系。 The bid opening for this tender project will be conducted on the "CCCCSupply Chain Management Information System" at the above-mentioned bid deadline.
