简要规则描述：曹路镇人民政府位于上海市浦东新区上川路1****9号，内设有餐厅1处，餐厅3***4㎡，厨房2***1㎡，配有齐全的厨房加工、烹饪、冷藏、洗涤设施。本项目拟通过公开采购的方式，择优选取一家供应商，提供曹路镇政府食堂餐饮服务。其中：周一至周五每日供应早餐、午餐。早餐供应时间：7:3**$3-8:3**$3，约 1***0人用餐；午餐供应时间：1**$3:1**$3-1**$3:0**$3，约 3***0 人用餐。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）。
Brief Specification Description:The People"s Government of Caolu Town is located at No. 1****9, Shangchuan Road, Pudong New Area, Shanghai, with 1 restaurant, 3***4 square meters of restaurant, 2***1 square meters of kitchen, and complete kitchen processing, cooking, refrigeration and washing facilities. This project intends to select a supplier to provide catering services in the canteen of Caolu Town Government through public procurement. Breakfast and lunch are served daily from Monday to Friday. Breakfast is served from 7:3**$3 to 8:3**$3 for about 1***0 people; Lunch is served from 1**$3:1**$3 to 1**$3:0**$3 for about 3***0 people. (4) Have a valid "Food Business License" issued by the market supervision and administration department, and cover the business projects that match the contracted content of the project;
