Brief Specification Description:The scope of the Lingang New Area Shengang Colourful Forest (Phase I) project extends north to the south bank of Jianggang, south to the north bank of Luchao River, west to the east side of Lianggang Avenue, and east to the west bank of Renmin Tang Suitang River. The content of this bidding is to relocation of power Lines involved in the project.

3）、具有电力工程总承包三级及其以上资质；
4）、具有“国家能源局监管局（或国家电力监管委员会）”颁发的具有承装、承修、承试五级以上（含五级）电力设施许可证;
5）、具有有效的安全生产许可证；
6）、本项目专门面向中小企业采购。
7）、本项目不接受联合体投标。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:1) Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, major tax illegal dishonest entities, and serious government procurement illegal dishonest behavior records by "Credit China" (www.creditchina. gov.cn) and China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp. gov.cn); 2) According to the "Shanghai Municipal Government Procurement Supplier Registration and Integrity Management Measures", suppliers who have been registered and become members (website: http://www.zfcg.sh.gov.cn ）； 3) Having a third level or higher qualification for general contracting of Power Engineering ; 4）Possess a Class 5 or above Power Facility License for Installation, Maintenance, and Testing issued by the National Energy Administration (or the former State Electricity Regulatory Commission). 5) Having a valid safety production license; 6) This project is specifically aimed at procurement for small and medium-sized enterprises. 7) This project does not accept consortium bidding.
