（二）项目服务要求<https://www.szcbfx.com/api/information//p>
打造“深圳职工书屋”形象，全市共2**$3家“深圳职工书屋”的整体氛围营造、装饰装修，年度精粹合集印刷制作与配送，具体内容如下：<https://www.szcbfx.com/api/information//p>
1.按采购方要求制作职工书屋装饰，包括但不限于海报展板、KT板、亚克力架、印刷手册宣传单（具体视职工书屋场地需求而定）；<https://www.szcbfx.com/api/information//p>
2.年度精粹合集（3***0本），精装硬壳封面包含凹印、烫金工艺，扉页使用艺术纸材质，内页（1***0页A4）彩色印刷；<https://www.szcbfx.com/api/information//p>
3.物料须经采购人审核确认，制作成品须与设计原稿相符，材质须符合消防防火标准，不易变形变色等；<https://www.szcbfx.com/api/information//p>
4.深圳区域1-2天内印刷制作、配送和安装，急用货品订单即时安排，特殊定做和大批量订单视情况尽快完成制作及配送。<https://www.szcbfx.com/api/information//p>

三、供应商资格要求<https://www.szcbfx.com/api/information//span><https://www.szcbfx.com/api/information//strong><https://www.szcbfx.com/api/information//p>
1.投标人必须在中华人民共和国注册,具有独立法人资格;具备合法有效的“企业法人营业执照”或“营业执照”；<https://www.szcbfx.com/api/information//p>
2.具备广告宣传制作，宣传图册印刷制作等项目经验；<https://www.szcbfx.com/api/information//p>
3.信誉要求:供应商没有被列入“信用中国”网站（ ww.creditchina.gov.cn）的“失信被执行人”“重大税收违法案件当事人名单”“政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单”的情况;<https://www.szcbfx.com/api/information//p>
4.不同供应商不存在单位负责人为同一人或者存在直接控股、管理关系的，参加同一合同项下的采购活动的情形；<https://www.szcbfx.com/api/information//p>
